Corn & Black Bean Salad..with Mango & Avocado!

Another "Workshop Recipe!" -- Sorry I forgot to make a note of who made it, so if this is yours please let me know and I will give you the credits for it!

1 can of black beans (19oz. or 540ml)
1 can of kernel corn (14oz. or 398 ml.)
1 cup grape tomatoes quartered
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 cup diced mango
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 TBLSP. minced fresh cilantro
2 TBLSP. Fresh squeezed lime
1 TBLSP. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt & Fresh black pepper
1/8 tsp. each, cumin & chile powder
1 cup diced avocado

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix, Chill for a min. of 1 hour or overnight.

Serves 4 large portions.

Mmmmm! Good!
