Mystery Quilt Workshop was GREAT!

Friday May 14th. turned out to be a wonderful afternoon and evening. It was the CutLoose Quilters Season windup barbeque and the beginning of the "Mystery Quilt" Workshop!  More than 20 people attended the Wind-up Barbeque! Andy was the "Barbeque Chef"! and did an excellent job of flipping those burgers, & hot dogs. Cooking them to PrrrrrFection for one and all!

Of course the ladies also contributed numerous salads, and condiments, and of course "Desserts" as well!

A GREAT BIG THANK YOU ANDY! for being our cook...and  A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO KIM and MIKE for bringing down their Wonderful Barbeque!!

Some of the "Set-Up" ladies, putting up the design boards...they were soon to become full of bright and colorful arrangements !

We all gathered around the cutting tables to receive our first hint to the "Mystery"!

Donna showed us some of the "Mystery Sample Quilts!" WoW!

The Design Board is your Canvas Girls! Now it is time to start putting your squares and triangles up on the wall!

Soon the patterns were appearing on the design boards!

Many different possibilities!

Another possibility!

Ooooo! Starting to take form!

The possibilities are endless!

A Group Photo!

So many possibilities were created on the design boards..now they are all at home and hopefully by the return of our little group of ladies in the fall we will be able to have a great Show and Tell of our
"Mystery Quilt" Workshop quilts!

I for one can hardly wait!

Thank you Donna for Leading us to once  explore a new and stimulating quilting experience!

I would like to add that Linda did an awesome job of organizing this workshop, her beautiful little gift bags and contents were absolutely wonderful!
The Door Prizes she brought were perfect!!

Hats off to Linda for all your hard work and dedication to make the workshop a great weekend for all who attended!
