QUILTERS DAY OUT HOSTS and Nov. 24th. Updates

Hello ladies, ... as was discussed at the last meeting, if you had not let myself or Coralee know what date you would like to host the Q.D.O then we would draw the remaining names, and put your name with a date. So if these dates do not work for you, please contact another one of our quilters, and trade about on your own. This just makes it much easier to have this finished up, and it is up to us as adults to make arrangements on our own if we are unable to make it for our posted "Host Day".

A good turn out at the library today (Nov. 24th. with 9 in attendance . Everyone seemed busy working on UFO's, and projects for the up coming Christmas holidays!

Ena laid out her Friendship block exchange blocks and sewed her sashing on,... perhaps we will see a completed quilt at our next quilters day out!

Linda H. worked on her "Christmas Tree Skirt", Mary R. made 2 "Thread Catchers", Mary F., made 2 Table Runners, Dorothy worked on the "Needle Cases", Judy N. worked on her "Tree Blocks" Coralee, worked on "Santa's Welcome to the North Pole" wall hanging, and 2 other quilt tops, Pamela worked on her "Santa's Welcome to the North Pole" and a Iron Bag. Jocelyn worked at cutting out a Dresden plate dollie, and a quilt top! So the room was a buzz with lots of activities, and " helpful suggestions"!

See you at the next Quilters Day Out! till then ...... Happy Quilting!
